Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all business relationships between Xenon Ventures Ltd. and the customer. Xenon exclusively supplies commercial customers (B2B).

2. Offers and Orders

All offers are non-binding. A contract is concluded only upon written order confirmation by Xenon. Prices are quoted in EUR exclusive of VAT.

3. Pricing and Payment

Payment is due within the period specified on the invoice. Xenon may require prepayment for new customers.

4. Delivery

Delivery dates are approximate unless expressly confirmed as binding. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon handover to the carrier.

5. Product Quality

All products are manufactured and tested in accordance with applicable EU regulations. COA documentation is provided with each shipment.

6. Returns

Complaints must be submitted within 7 business days of receipt. Returns require prior written approval.

7. Liability

Liability is limited to the value of the goods delivered. Xenon is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat all commercial information as confidential.

9. Governing Law

These GTC are governed by the laws of Malta. Exclusive jurisdiction is Malta.
